The Life & Teachings of the Baal Shem Tov
Monday July 7, 14, 21 and 28

What We Will Cover
Join us for a four-part journey into the life and legacy of Rabbi Israel ben Eliezer—known as the Baal Shem Tov (1698–1760)—the visionary founder of the Hasidic movement. His revolutionary teachings brought Jewish spirituality to life, emphasizing a personal relationship with God, the power of joy, and the transformative nature of prayer. Together, we’ll explore his early life, mystical experiences, and the ways he made deep spiritual wisdom accessible to all. From humility to the hidden light within Torah, the Baal Shem Tov’s insights continue to inspire. As we study his teachings, we’ll also reflect on our own spiritual paths and seek new ways to encounter the Divine in our everyday lives.
